SCCM Technical Consultant / Specialist

A contract opening for a SCCM Consultant for a large public sector client based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. SCCM Technical Consultant Based: Central Leeds Duration: To end of October initially Rate: Negotiable IR35: In Scope Rate: £19.22 - £25.87 per hour (£28.98 umbrella) Our very large Public Sector clients seeks a SCCM Consultant. SCCM is essential for this role. You will be responsible for the implementation of new hardware and software to the organisation's ICT end user estate solutions. SCCM experience essential Investigate issues within the ICT end user estate and resolves them to SLA and customer satisfaction Implement new hardware and software to the organisation's ICT end user estate solutions Investigate issues within the ICT end user estate and resolves them to SLA and customer satisfaction Maintain the security across the organisation's desktop PCs, laptop PCs and Virtual Desktops within the organisations end user estate through the regular deployment of security patches on a monthly basis or "out of band" when an urgent need arises Essential: Extensive use and support of a Microsoft SCCM management Have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SCCM Creating and modifying Windows 10 operating system build images Creating and modifying application packages Deployment of application packages to windows environments Remote Windows 10 operating system deployment and support Security Patching and update testing/deployment Apple MAC OS experience (desirable) Microsoft Intune (desirable) Microsoft Windows 10 / Microsoft Server 2012/2016 / Microsoft SCCM Certification Have in-depth knowledge of desktop software deployment and Management systems such as ZENworks, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune Have in-depth knowledge of AutoPilot zero touch operating system deployments A technical understanding of Microsoft Windows Active Directory including Group Policy settings relating to desktop management and configuration MICROSOFT SYSTEM CENTER CONFIGURATION MANAGER, SCCM, MICROSOFT SCCM, SMS, CONFIG MANAGER, SCOM, INTUNE, SYSTEM CENTRE CONFIG MANAGER, INSTALLATION, REMOTING, PATCH Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
