Overview

Advancing People Multilingual are working on behalf of a successful software company in the Elland area of West Yorkshire who are actively seeking a French speaking Service Desk Analyst to join their friendly team. Due to the continued growth and success of the business, our client is seeking candidates who have 1 years' experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment. The Service Desk Analyst role: Acting as a first point of contact for Software related issues Logging technical issues as and when they arise Performing basic troubleshooting/analysis Forwarding on more complex issues to the second-line support team Providing an excellent standard of customer service to all clients Monitoring internal systems to ensure incidents are logged correctly Skills & Experience: Fluency in French 1 years' experience in a helpdesk/technical support environment Strong technical skills and the ability to speak confidently about technical issues Experience of CRM, ERP or HR specific software Knowledge of the equipment rental industry a plus What's on offer?
