Solution Architect - Worthing - up to £65,000 20% pension share scheme Company A leading Financial Services organisation with a technology based international proposition. Role We are recruiting for experienced Solution Architects to take responsibility to constructing architectural frameworks and lead on enterprise application design. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in building enterprise solutions that are used by clients across the world. Key Deliverables: Creation of architectural designs Maintain and own core application frameworks Support and mentor more junior architects & designers Engage with offshore teams and 3rd parties to ensure fulfilment of solutions Champion innovation, analysing new technology solutions. Provide coaching and mentoring to strengthen the firm's technology capabilities. Key skills and experience: Experienced in creating technical roadmaps Excellent people skills and the ability to support change Technically aware of .NET, SQL and API's would be advantageous
