Frontend developer Leeds City Centre Up to £37k plus up to 12% Bonus plus benefits Benefits include: up to 12% Bonus flexitime 35 hour working week 10% pension scheme Generous holiday entitlement Our client are looking for a Front End Developer to join their in house Digital Department. You will be based at the Head Office in Leeds city centre. You'll be a key factor in ensuring the main customer facing products are built using best practice coding and technical development standards. This includes writing code for responsive web (mobile, tablet, desktop) as well as on mobile specific platforms. As a Front End Developer you will be have a strong JavaScript development background, and be used to delivering high-quality software to tight deadlines. You will be delivering bespoke solutions in a complex problem space. You will be responsible for hand coding the front-end User Experience for small and medium projects, with supporting roles in large Digital Change programmes. Key SKILLS Demonstrable significant experience in coding advanced front-end web development and expert ability to hand code HTML5 / CSS / J-Query / JavaScript. Experience at cross-browser web development Experience in a modern Javascript framework Demonstrable significant experience in coding solutions for Responsive Design frameworks to an advanced level Experience of delivery in Agile development environment Strong level of experience within a digital development function/department or Digital agency Understanding of Git or other version control systems Ability to ramp-up on new technologies with ease For more information Arfan Akhtar on
