What do I need to be successful? For this role, you are required to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience gained with a registered Healthcare provider and the following attributes: - A passion for caring for others - Great communication skills - A positive attitude - The ability to work well as part of a team It would be an advantage if you had an NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, however, this isn’t essential.
