Overview
Our client, a Sports and Entertainment Marketing agency, are looking for a WIP Biller to join their growing team. With offices across 5 continents, this is an opportunity to join an agency which spans the globe. With a background in billing and managing the WIP, they are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running. Responsibilities include client invoicing, reconciliation, attend WIP meetings, managing client records - among others. Role responsibilities: Ensure all new clients and new jobs are properly set up Client invoicing - including direct invoicing and e-invoicing on client invoicing systems Processing internal request forms such as, WIP transfers, revenue release and write offs. Job reconciliations and closures Running of WIP reports for Budget Controllers and Billing Manager Attending WIP meetings Credit control and sending statements Updating client records and archiving Experience: Experience in the industry preferred WIP/billing experience a must If this sounds like you then please send us your CV now Due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted.
