About the role You will provide administrative support in the delivery of fire remediation and building safety project across the whole of the Anchor Hanover portfolio. This role will support the new Building Safety Team in developing and delivering cost effective building safety works, which will include updating and keeping our Northgate system up to date. You will play an active role in implementing and participating current and future service improvement initiatives whilst continuing to deliver a first-class service to the team including internal and external stakeholders including residents, operational colleagues, contractors and property team colleagues. About you You will have previous administration experience idealy within the property sector or social housing sector and must have a strong customer focus with the desire and ability to deliver the highest standards of service and work to provide improvements. You must have the ability to work as part of a team and to contribute effectively, demonstrating a flexible approach, sharing best practice and working with others towards shared goals and objectives to provide an effective and quality service You will have a genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service and an ability to promote a positive attitude within the team You will have excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers. You must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have excellent attention to detail including experience in using Microsoft Office tools.
