Overview
Experienced Reception required in Hoddesdon - IMMEDIATE START Salary of £18,000-£23,000/annum. Red Flag Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced, highly-organised and professional Receptionist who would be the face of our client’s Hair and Beauty Salon in Hoddesdon. The Receptionist would be responsible for efficiently maintaining an organised and professional front of house Reception. As the first face a customer would see upon entering the salon, this individual must be professional, articulate, friendly, detail-oriented and have strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous Reception/Front of House experience is essential to be considered for this role. Responsibilities of the Receptionist: Meeting and greeting customers as they enter the salon providing excellent hospitality and addressing their needs. Answering phone calls, taking messages and distributing them accordingly. Developing and maintaining a high level of company knowledge and professionalism. Managing customer bookings. Keeping the front desk and reception area tidy. Qualifications for the Receptionist: Must be excellent communicator, including being comfortable speaking with people. over the phone and in person. At least 1-2 years previous experience working in a Reception position. Can-do attitude and highly motivated. Ability to multi-task, good organisational and time management skills.
