Registered Nurse Birmingham £24,000 - £29,000 My client is one of the UK's leading cosmetic surgery and weight loss surgery provider, with a number of hospitals and clinics up and down the country, providing an excellent, personalised service to their clients. They are now expanding and looking for a Theatre Practitioner to join them in their Birmingham hospital Key Responsibilities Planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating care plans and risk assessments for patients Always maintaining a person centred approach to care, including patients, carers, relatives and members of the multi-disciplinary team in care decisions Ensure that the highest standards of care are reached and maintained within the nursing team, making sure that patient's needs are met Support the Ward Sister / Charge Nurse in the effective management of the ward Deputise for the Ward Sister / Charge Nurse if there are absences Requirements Must be a fully qualified nurse registered with the NMC Be experienced in managing a team, working in a hospital environment Have good time management and prioritisation skills Full up-to-date knowledge of nursing practice and best theory Benefits My client offers a range of benfits including; statutory sick pay, pension scheme, 25 days annual leave, overtime bonus scheme with an enhanced rate
