accessplanit, a leading training management software company, has an exciting opportunity for a talented Helpdesk Advisor to join the team based in Lancaster. Established in 2001, accessplanit provide training management software to businesses that deliver training, allowing them to take a fully integrated approach to every aspect of their business. As a small, successful and growing SaaS company, we are at a critical stage in our development. Having recently launched our product to the US market and aiming to more than double our customer base in the next 3 years, and due to internal promotion from the Help Desk to the Development Team, we are now looking for a Help Desk Advisor. About the role: Working as part of a small team, the Help Desk Advisor is the first point of contact for our customers if they have a technical problem with the system. Working through a 'ticketing system’ it is your responsibility to resolve the issue the customer is having with the system and get back to them with a solution within given timeframes. Although only a small part of the position, the role also acts as a receptionist for the Company and as such, you will be required to provide a professional and friendly service, directing calls to the appropriate person and to provide a warm welcome to external visitors meeting at the office. The Ideal Candidate Demonstrable IT skills Outstanding verbal and written communication and listening skills Have had experience in a customer-facing role with a confident telephone manner Good time management with strong organisational skills.
