Administrative Support. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Taking messages and directing them to the appropriate person. Client management. Typing, compiling and preparing reports & correspondence. Managing databases and filing systems. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Adhoc administrative duties. Audio Typing Audio Dictation Skills & Experience: Excellent customer service skills. Professional manner. Must have 1 year's experience within administration from a corporate background. Articulate, confident communication and a polite telephone manner. Personable, outgoing and a strong team player.
