Driven to succeed at the highest levels of competition, they're now seeking to appoint a highly capable, team orientated technical expert to join their dedicated trackside technology team. Your new role You'll make a significant impact within a small team by building and supporting highly advanced infrastructure which our racing drivers, engineers and coaching teams will utilise to deliver their winning strategies. 100% uptime and reliability is critical to our success as system outages could lose competitions. Maintaining this incredibly high level of IT service in remote locations presents unique challenges which make the role stimulating for any technology professional. What you'll need to succeed Your background of 3rd line support in a diverse and changing environment will lead to your success. Your technical expertise will cover Wintel based infrastructure including strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016, O365 and MS Exchange. Your experience managing virtual technology such as Hyper-V or VMware be used daily, as will exposure to networking such as LAN/WAN/WLAN, Cisco or firewalls. This role will take you to exotic international locations on a regular basis as part of the racing season. Therefore, a willingness and ability to work long and flexible hours internationally is required.
