What we’re looking for: People who are keen to make a difference within the home Ability to work effectively with individuals who may present challenging behaviours Previous experience working in a care setting or an ability to learn on the job Ability to safeguard our clients and knowing when and how to raise concerns Ability to work independently and work as part of a team to deliver continuity of care Main responsibilities: Work closely with our residents, their families, our support staff and any other relevant care professionals to ensure that the best quality of life is obtained.
