Senior Care Assistants needed in Great Oxendon: £9.75-10.00/hour Ref No. PK41540 We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who has a fantastic reputation within the Market Harborough area for its well-established Residential Care Home. About the home: These positions are in a 40 bedded Residential Home that specialsies in elderly and dementia care. The most recent CQC report is rated 'GOOD' in all areas and the company promotes a high standard of person-centred care in all their homes. The home is a part of a small, family run company with great opportunities for progression The group currently owns and operates 5 homes across the East Midlands area and they are looking to expand. Please see the below details on this unmissable vacancy: Job Role - Senior Care Assistant (Both days and Nights available) Hours - Full Time (36-48 hours per week, alternate weekends) Shifts - 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am Rate of Pay: Starting from £9.75 per hour enhancements for covering additional shifts The home are also looking for Care Assistants (Days or Nights) paying £9.00 per hour on Days and £9.10 per hour on Nights. (7-7 shifts) Senior Care Assistant Duties: To Supervise and participate in the delivery of care to residents To lead on the responsibility of residents individual care plans to ensure a person centres approach To provide leadership and support to the care staff Responsible for the administration of medication Liaise directly with families and friends offering them professional and emotional support Maintain residents dignity and independence at all times As a senior care assistant you will be expected to lead by example at all times and provide strong leadership skills to the rest of the care assistants. You should have a strong work ethic and embody your care homes attitude towards delivering the highest standards of care.
