Registered Nurse – Harrogate Qualified Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD) considered for these posts. Our Client, a well renowned care provider based in Harrogate, provide residential, Nursing and dementia care for approximately 65 service users within its large, luxury purpose built facility. The service offers both short and long-term placements for residents, and specialises in providing innovative dementia care. They provide exceptional care to their residents, and are currently seeking to strengthen Night Care team by welcoming a new Registered Nurse work Nights full time on a permanent basis for a total of 22hrs per week. Nurse applicants will have an active NMC pin number and proven paid experience in a similar role. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager and Senior Team in all aspects of service provision and home management. Job package inclusive of: Pension Plan 30 days holiday Life Assurance Discount Scheme Free Uniform & DBS Responsibilities and requirements (Inclusive of but not limited to): Take responsibility for ensuring that all residents personal care needs are met and to provide direct care as required Form and implement care plans and ensure that care is provided in accordance Maintain care documentation accurately To dispense/administer medication in accordance with prescriptions and carry out effective ordering/stock control of residents medication Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions Maintain accurate records of residents care, financial procedures, and medication administration Carry out risk assessment Revaluate patient care plan as conditions change Direct or supervise less experienced nursing staff Assist with the investigation of complaints by patients or family members Maintain continuing education and licensing requirements Report any issues that arose during each shift This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider who are totally committed to helping their employees reach their maximum potential and will support you to plan your personal career development.
