Service Operations Team Leader (12 Month FTC) Peterborough £25,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience) New to the market is a Service Operations Team Leader position based out of a busy Peterborough based office in globally renowned company. Our client is looking for a strong 'people' 'procedure' and 'process' management. Someone with a strong eye for leadership and detail will be successful in this role. Responsible for: - Ensuring all Service Desk Analysts in your team are working to deliver efficient and satisfactory service to clients - Maintain the teams proactive approach towards first time fixes - Ensure all escalations are dealt with accordingly - Ensure all information and knowledge is accurate for the team to communicate - Monitoring and managing the team to meet SLA's, OLA's and KPI targets provided by the wider business.
