Talented Defendant Litigation Fee Earner sought for a thriving practice in Northamptonshire. Our client, a prosperous firm located in the Northampton area, is actively seeking a multiple driven Defendant Litigation Fee Earners on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidates will handle independently a busy caseload of litigation matters. Occasional travel may be required. Responsibilities • Assessing liability • Negotiating settlements • Litigated motor claims • Personal injury • Property damage • Credit hire • Low velocity impact • Fraud • Investigating merits of third party claim • Valuing general and special damages matters • Ensuring compliance • Acting as a technical and procedural referral for the team The Candidate • Solicitors, legal executives and paralegals with at least 1 year’s PQE • Solid experience in personal injury and litigation matters • Access to own vehicle and ability to travel is required • IT proficiency • Excellent communication skills The Firm A boutique practice offering specialist services to corporate clients and individuals, our client is a progressive firm offering consistently high levels of client care and service.
