Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator on a full time permanent basis . Position: Maintenance Coordinator Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday Salary: DOE The job will involve… - Organizing and managing all contractors, promoting exceptional standards of service - Ensuring planned maintenance and breakdown activities are monitored - Ensuring any delays for maintenance are advised to both the client and the relevant site - Ensuring high levels of customer service are fully implemented - Ensuring SLA's (service level agreements) are met at all times - Ensuring that complaints are handled with empathy and professionalism - Reporting the status of maintenance jobs raised - Handling invoices to including dealing with any queries. The Person will… - Have experience in facilities management, customer service, scheduling (essential) - Have a good standard of IT skills to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint (essential) - Have a good standard of verbal and written communication - Possess experience of working within an office environment - Possess strong administrative skills - Have the ability to meet deadlines - Have the ability to work well within a small team - Have a professional telephone manner.
