Client Services Advisor

The Client Servives Advisor is a key client facing position within the Career Transition Partnership organisation working at the Aldershot Resettlement Centre. You will provide an effective and valuable, customer focused point of contact for our many clients. This role supports our clients by providing up to date information, advice and guidance, job finding and vocational training advice. In addition, the role also involves giving presentations, training and delivery of one day workshops and website support. Excellent administrative, organisational and customer service support is required. Experience within a Learning and Development environment would be of benefit. Hold or working towards NVQ Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance. The Ministry of Defence and Right Management work together as the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) delivering comprehensive outplacement support o people leaving HM Forces. £22,503 plus benefits, Full Time Mon-Fri 08:30 - 17:00 Closing date for application 9th March 2020, with Interviews on the 20th March 2020
