Lettings Manager - Cannock - £40k Package My client is a long standing and professional independent Lettings and Estate Agency who have built up and enviable reputation. Well established and highly regarded my client prides themselves on looking after their customers and delivering a top notch service. Theyare offering an exciting salary package along with opportunities to further grow within their reputable brand. They are now seeking an experienced and professional Lettings Manager to join their team in Cannock, although you will be overseeing two branches. Your main responsibilities within this Lettings Manager role will include: ·Managing a team ·Ensure the entire portfolio is managed to an agreed standard that delivers exceptional customer service ·Ensure the team liaise with their landlords on a regular basis, keeping good rapport and maintaining a high level of service. ·Training and Assisting the Property Managers in their day to day duties ·Deal with and resolve any complaints ·Carrying out valuations ·Generating new and repeat business.
