Automation Tester - Stoke on Trent Famous for The Potteries, Robbie Williams, Phil "The Power" Taylor, and more recently World's Strongest Man Eddie "The Beast" Hall, Stoke on Trent is also the home for one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. It's a great time to join on them on their journey as they are looking for several Automation Testers to join their growing number of Software Development squads. You'll be working in an agile environment in brand new offices fitted out to makes sure you have best possible work environment to thrive on your role. About YOU Maybe you're a Manual Tester with a bit of exposure to Automation and keen to get into a full-blown Test Automation role. You could also be an experienced Automation Tester who isn't happy with their current situation whatever that may be? There's no off the rack profile for this role, only that you have a passion for testing and want to expand your automation testing skills in a company who are growing at a rate of knots which is creating opportunities all the way up the career ladder for you. What will you be doing? Create automated tests for Win Forms applications System testing of applications in line with process. Create automated regression tests. Maintenance of automated UI testing processes. Implement load testing processes. Work closely with development team to deliver applications for UAT. Work closely with Business Analyst to understand requirements. Skills & Experience: Automated System Testing. Microsoft Development Stack (Azure Devops, C#/.NET, SQL, WINFORM). AGILE/SCRUM. Nice to haves Ability to train and mentor others in the use of automated testing tool. SOA/Tiered applications.
