Production Software Engineer - DevOps Role: DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer / Production Engineer PEACE OF MIND - INTERVIEWS ARE FULLY REMOTE & ON JOINING YOU WILL BE FULLY REMOTE UNTIL RETURNING TO OFFICES IS ADVISED BY THE GOVERNMENT. Are you from a SWE background but do you have a Site Reliability Engineering mindset? You and your career are invested in, my client want you to achieve your goals Your joining a Disruptor that encourages self-direction / autonomy whilst still offering the support and mentorship needed to hit your goals You will work on meaningful and interesting projects using true best practice Production Engineering / SRE You will be empowered to follow and implement changes needed to stay at the forefront of Best Practice It's a collaborative office where multi-skilled Software Engineers work on scaled agile applications ( production ) You: Will be nterested in modern development trends like Distributed Systems, Microservices, Cloud, Data Streaming and best practice CI/CD Will be a Software Engineer whose enjoyed a focus on Scaling Systems and / or DevOps and / or Security who wants to move into a full Production Engineer / SRE role OR Will have been a SWE in the past whose moved into DevOps Engineer and / or Production Engineer and / or Security Engineer role OR Have come from an Ops background into DevOps Engineer and / or SRE and / or Production Engineer role but can code to a high level and most probably have a github page that demonstrates this Will have Cloud experience ( any type; Azure, GCP, AWS ) Can code to a high level in any language, have the ability to debug and optimize code ( Scala, Node.JS, Java, JavaScript, Angular, Clojure, C#, Python etc. ) Get Systems Design and will be comfortable doing a white board ( remote ) exercise as part of the recruitment process Have Security & Network knowledge in line with SRE / DevOps project experience Have knowledge / an interest in Kubernetes and containers Nice If You: Designing, Analysed and troubleshooted large-scale distributed systems You will be working at scale on production in this market disruptor on: Pro-active projects Solutions that provide scalable foundations to building high-performing services Improving Production through Engineering Tools at the bleeding edge Improving deployment capabilities for these Applications How best to enable Scale, the best Security around it within SRE context, push best practice DevOps and improve CI/CD PEACE OF MIND - INTERVIEWS ARE FULLY REMOTE & ON JOINING YOU WILL BE FULLY REMOTE UNTIL RETURNING TO OFFICES IS ADVISED BY THE GOVERNMENT.
