Reed are looking for an experienced Production Planner for an Organisation based near Aberdare. The Company has been around for over 100 years, has 2 offices in the UK and 1 in the Far East. Your day to day role will involve weekly production programmes, liaising with other departments, pro-active review planning and generating all orders in line with the Plan. In your new role as a Production Planner you will be working closely with the engineering, operations and design teams. You will be responsible for the planning of raw materials into the warehouse and production line, as well as dealing with customer requirements (which include some of the biggest retail names in the Country). This role would be ideal for someone who has come from a manufacturing background within a similar role. The right person would have experience of dealing with European deliveries and a great delivery track record of OTIF.
