Product Manager - Central London - £65,000 - £85,000 bonus medical flex working excellent benefits 2 roles remaining Are you an experienced Product Manager with strong technical and Agile experience on B2C products? Are you keen to join a rapidly expanding FinTech company with a fantastic set of Products? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you… As Product Manager you will identify and assess product opportunities and ensure that IT products are effectively deployed, supported and continuously improved, whilst managing a cross functional Agile squad. As Product Manager you will:- Lead on the development of a clear Product strategy - focused on enhancing business and user value Shape and review the approach to Product Management, being inspired by best practice and pragmatism "Be visionary" when developing and maintain the product strategy and roadmap Provide coaching for the development teams in order to assist them to develop high quality software in an efficient and effective way What you'll need:- Extensive experience of working within a product delivery environment Strong B2C product experience Experience working in FinTech sector (desirable) Anti-fraud specialism (desirable) Direct experience of delivering a digital platform in a customer centric organisation High level stakeholder and influencing capabilities A strong understanding of Agile This is a great opportunity to join a well performing, respected organisation with a big focus on work life balance, collaborative working and quality products.
