Job Title: Warranty Analyst Contract: Permanent Location: Nr Solihull Salary: £27,000 Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Warranty Analyst to work as part of an established small team, at their impressive offices near Solihull. Duties include: " Processing Authorisation requests and warranty claims from dealers " Maintaining daily contact with all our manufacturers, uploading on to and retrieving claims from their warranty systems " Identifying and resolving system or input queries and problems " Collecting claims supporting evidence prior to claim approval " Maintenance of customer records and warranty details " Facilitate recovery and return of displaced parts to respective manufacturers " Supporting with general administration duties Skills and experience required: " Previous experience of working within an automotive warranty/claims department " Strong IT skills including MS Office " GCSE in Maths and English " Strong organisational skills with the ability to time manage, multi-task, and prioritise " Strong customer service and problem-solving skills " Excellent verbal and written communication This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a stand-out organisation who offer an excellent benefit package.
