Front of House Receptionist – Construction Location: London Bridge Salary: £11 - £13 per hour umbrella Hours: 7:45am – 17:15pm (1-hour lunch) My client is a leading construction company looking for a front of house receptionist based in borough market. This position requires good customer service skills and good organisational skills. The following are some of the day to day duties you will complete: Organising directors’ diaries Front desk duties Greeting visitors Organising Inboxes General administrative tasks Minute taking Preparing reports Knowledge: Previous receptionist experience essential Construction industry experience Good understanding of Excel spread sheets and ability to use them Excellent telephone manner Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
