About the role Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for flexible working hours and new challenge/change? Would you like an opportunity to develop new skills and progress your career? We have an excellent FREE training programme in place to support you with your career development. We are currently seeking to build a new team of Clinical Healthcare Assistants to support our clients with complex care needs. You will be joining a great experience team to support our clients in their own home and out in the community. You will be expected to support clients with all elements of daily living, including personal care and help them take part in their hobbies. Shifts: minimum 4 hours calls - up to 12 hour calls to suit your availability. Pay rates: £10.83 – 17.64 per hour inclusive of holiday pay. We support a range of clients varying in age and care requirements which can include mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and clients with more complex clinical needs. As a Care Assistant duties will vary dependent on each client’s individual care plan. These may include personal care, assistance with moving and handling, support with community outings and medication administration.
