Production Supervisor - Norfolk to 31k Are you looking for a new and exciting role with a growing market leader? Are you looking for more recognition and development opportunities? This busy manufacturing company are expanding with new product launches and a big increase in turnover that in turn has created a further requirement for an experienced Production Supervisor. Working on Monday to Friday on a 3 way shift pattern overseeing your own team of highly experienced operatives you will be responsible for their ongoing development, training and safety. Ensuring quality of produce is paramount you will play an active role in continuous improvement iniatives, waste reduction and working to the production plan. You will have level 3 Food safety, proven experience in a similar role, understanding of BRC audits and exposure to major retailers.
