Overview
Working on a Digital Learning Specialist, 12 month contract position based in Wolverhampton for a well known brand in the utility sector You should be confident in the design and development of learning and development programmes for the digital space. Client Details Our client is based not far from Wolverhampton and has some great offices which provide a fantastic service and solutions to protecting the UK environment Description Lead on the design and development process for new programmes to embed digital learning best practice. Advising subject matter experts on how to re-engineer existing face-to-face programmes for digital learning and enabling all stakeholders to work together to deliver best in class digital learning solutions. Lead on the movement, design and development of digital content to be used on the Campus Learning Management system (LMS). Lead on the capitalisation on online learning; reducing travel and face-to-face delivery. Lead on the creation of interactive content through working with subject matter experts to create video, audio, online exercises and assessments. Support subject matter experts in the creation of digital learning storyboards and content layout. Profile The successful candidate with have experience using software to create new e-Learning programmes and be proficient with blended learning offerings. You should be confident with your IT skills and have evidence of successfully implementing programmes for a sizeable organisation previously. You should also have strong inter personal skills to liaise confidently with all parts of the business with strong attention to detail.
