Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR generalist team in Eastleigh for an initial contract We have an opportunity to join a busy and friendly HR team in Eastleigh. We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who has a background of employer relations case work including grievance, disciplinary, performance, absence, sickness and dismissal. Whilst the focus of the role is ER Case work, if you have experiences across L&D and generalist you would get the opportunity to work on various projects. Candidates HR Advisors with solid ER case work experience Ability to advise managers & employees on employer relations Ideally unionised experience CIPD This is a 3 - 6 months temporary assignment via Hays and there will be potential longer term/permanent as the structure of the organisation evolves.
