Overview

A Senior Reward Manager/ Leader is required to support a Leading Bristol based Business. As part of a US owned Group you will oversee the Total Reward Strategy for the UK and Ireland, reporting into a Global Reward Director. You will work closely with HR executive to advise and develop new and progressive reward solutions. You will support the delivery of key reward processes to ensure they are delivered to time, budget and within the correct governance framework. Other key accountabilities will include: You will provide expertise to client areas and core processes through evaluating roles and structures, authorising out of cycle requests, benchmarking compensation levels, researching reward best practice, and ensuring that key processes are delivered. You will manage reward projects. You will support Bonus Governance arrangements through partnering with the business to input and advise on bonus design and governance process, undertake internal and external benchmarking, and through supporting the business in the submission of papers and management information You will undertake job evaluations by participating in panels and subsequently advising on appropriate market rates. You will provide planning, advanced analysis & data modelling and communications in support of key Reward processes and projects. You will work with Reward colleagues to design and update reward arrangements, specialist bonus schemes, recognition and other programmes. The successful candidate will currently be working within a senior reward role, developingyour organisations compensation and benefits strategy. You will have excellent reward technical skills such as benchmarking, job evaluation, bonus modelling and MI reporting. You will have advanced analytical skills with experience of building excel models, ability to interpret data with an excellent attention to detail plus you will have excellent written and presentation communication skills.
