Exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation based in Rickmansworth. They are looking for a HR Administrator 9 Month FTC - ASAP start. Previous experience within HR (ideally a Shared Service environment), as well as strong organisation and communication skills is necessary. Candidates must be have great attention to detail, and previous experience in a high volume processing environment will be beneficial. Client Details Growing organisation in the Building and Construction industry based in Hatfield that offers a friendly and supportive working environment with great development opportunities. They are looking for candidates with HR experience with new starters, leavers, family friendly processes etc., who can start ASAP. Description Be the first point of contact for employee queries covering a range of issues e.g. holiday, sickness, family friendly processes, benefits, rewards etc. Work closely with Payroll, Pension, Data specialists, Fleet, Reward teams Administration for all aspects of employee life cycle Manage full onboarding processes for new starters Processing changes to contracts Customer service for employees Ad hoc administration as and when required Profile The ideal candidate will: Be available to start within 0-3 weeks Have previous experience in HR, ideally within a shared service/ high volume environment Experience in an administrative function with experience of creating and maintaining templates, processes and policies Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload Able to work independently and within a collaborative, team environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Job Offer A highly competitive salary and great company benefits (including parking)
