Overview
A Manchester City Centre based Financial Advisers are looking for a Sales Support Administration Assistant to provide support to their Financial Advisers in respect of new business. Salary £17,000 - £18,000. Clear career progression route available When successful you will be expected to; To monitor the new cases being received Contact the client to agree the appointment date and time for their Fact Find call with the Adviser Send confirmation of the appointments to the clients along with any required documentation Track receipt of required documentation and liaise with the Adviser and Administrator to ensure received in time Chase the client for response as appropriate Ensure the database and client folder is kept up to date Make and answer telephone calls and have a friendly and professional manner at all times To be successful you will need; Experience working within a professional environment, ideally financial services doing an administration role which requires good attention to detail Product provider experience is desirable If you would like to know more, please search 'Cameron James Professional Recruitment' and call and ask for Richard.
