Senior Customer Service Advisor Central Hyde £9.00 - £10.00 per hour IMMEDIATE START My client a business service provider based on the outskirts of central Hyde are looking for someone to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis. The business are want to employ someone on the basis that they join as a Customer Service advisor whilst they are in training and learning about the company, products etc and then look at eventually promoting them into a more senior position where the team will report into them. The typical duties will be; Answer inbound calls Assist with queries, answer questions, resolve problems Up sell of products Identify issues and action them as soon as possible Promote the business by giving the best customer experience possible Plus many other duties. This position is working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with a 30 minute lunch. The salary is negotiable but the business are expecting to pay between £9.00 & £11.00 per hour depending on experience.
