Recruitment Resourcer - Recruitment Resourcer - Recruitment Resourcer Venn Group are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a very well established Legal Recruitment Team. No previous recruitment or resourcer experience is essential but the ideal candidate will be used to dealing with corporate stakeholders. Role: Writing adverts for a variety of Legal roles Utilising a variety of tools to search for suitable candidates Liaising with candidates concerning available roles, interviews, offers and commencement of assignment Drafting a variety of emails to candidates including interview preps, confirmation and offers Formatting CVs in-line with Venn Group criteria Advising clients on market conditions and availability of candidates, when required Ensuring compliance of candidates is in place before start of assignment Requirements: Graduate calibre is desirable Good administration skills and phone skills Must be able to communicate with persons of all levels Knowledge of Law ideal but certainly not essential Incentives to join Venn Group as a Recruitment Resourcer: Free Private Healthcare cover after 1st year of joining Regular nights out, funded team activities, monthly Fizzy Fridays Two Charity days per year to allow you to support the charity of your choice 22 days holiday per annum (rising one per year up to 30 days in total) Vennture Points Reward Scheme – points scheme to save up and purchase prizes And we've just had a Nandos open up underneath our office If you are interested in hearing more, and think you are up for the challenge, please send over your updated CV using the application link below
