Overview
Temporary Customer Service Officer Lancing (on -going) £10.00 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Responsibilities: Answer customer calls placed to the service department and process breakdown callouts Pass breakdown calls and service chasers to relevant engineers within the target time Provide basic technical support to customers over the telephone as required Take incoming calls to the Help Desk and refer to the appropriate person within the company as necessary Maintain and update customer information accurately as and when required Analyse information to resolve customer problems and enquiries Process paperwork General administration Requirements: Ability to respond and reply to problems quickly and accurately, liaising with otherdepartments where necessary Able to maintain good company image and customer satisfaction Able to reply to problems efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy Able to work on your own initiative High-quality word-processing skills required Quietly assertive Excel knowledge is preferable
