Commercial Property Advisor

If you have commercial or residential letting experience and you strive to provide exceptional customer service, then we have an opportunity that could be right up your street We are looking for an organised and confident individual to assist in property agency activities and provide general support to the agency function of our business. Working as part of a close knit and dedicated team, you will play an integral part in supporting the Head of Agency and Managing Director. Main responsibilities will include: Preparation of property marketing material including initiation and implementation of marketing campaigns. Call handling and responding to inbound enquiries. Conducting client viewings. Assisting with 'site searches' including making telephone enquiries about properties and compiling available properties into easy to read schedules. Making basic planning and valuation office enquiries. Assisting other team members with report writing. Essential Skills Fully proficient with all applications within Microsoft Office. Confident telephone manner. Ability to communicate clearly at all stakeholder levels. Exceptional customer service skills. Experience in developing property marketing material. Strong organisational and administration skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in property valuations and excellent negotiation skills. It is essential that candidates have a full UK Driving licence. Desirable Skills Previous commercial or residential property letting experience would be advantageous. Previous experience using specialist property mapping and appraisal software would be a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
