Overview
We are currently looking for a passionate Care Assistant to join in our diverse Elderly care service located in the Manor Heath area. Bank contract covering as and when sickness and annual leave Fernside Hall is a residential home for the elderly, catering for people aged 65. Providing respite on either a short term or long-term basis for those struggling with dementia and/or personal care needs. The home can accommodate 22 residents and the current staff team can be described as extremely warm and welcoming. Responsibilities for this role include: Provide full personal care including bathing, washing, toileting etc. Ensure effective communication is held between colleagues, our customers and their families. Provide support with daily activities in the community such as shopping, medical appointments, or days out. Maintain maximum independence, considering their physical and emotional needs. To ensure that record-keeping is maintained and updated in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner. Person Specification: It will be evident to us that you have a clear passion for care and do genuinely care for the individuals within our services.
