We have an exciting opportunity within our Acute Medical Unit for both experienced and newly qualified Registered Nurses. We are a 59 bedded Acute Medical Unit which offers the opportunity to care for a wide range of medical presentations We have an exceptionally supportive team and we provide a tailor made induction unique to your individual needs. We offer new nurses to the department up to 8 weeks supernumery which will include a two week induction programme that ensures all of your core clinical competencies are up to date. We then offer our staff the opportunity to attend internal and external courses to support their learning needs. We have a dedicated Clinical Practice Facilitator team which offers tool box training, clinical supervision and support and also support with achieving all core and role specific training.
