Purpose of role: A challenging and exciting opportunity for a Junior Data/Reporting Analyst to provide support on the preparation of data and provision of reporting for specialist projects across various business global time zones. Key Tasks Provide support to the Senior Data Analyst and Retention Marketing Manager on various data and reporting activities. Creation, maintenance and management of reporting and dashboard solutions for a wide range of data from a variety of sources across the business. Support the team in gathering and analysing data and presenting their findings. Support the planning/managing projects and marketing campaigns to deliver key team objectives. Project-based work on a range of new, data-driven initiatives. Skills and Experience Required Experience in a similar data driven role or relevant qualification. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel. Problem-solving skills with a methodical and logical approach. Good time-management, ability to plan work and meet deadlines. Accuracy and attention to detail. Interpersonal and team working skills. Written and verbal communication skills. A desire to learn and grow in a professional environment.
