Overview

I am currently working with a global SaaS leader in order to recruit a Customer Success Manager for their expanding team. The CSM will be based from the Reading HQ and will be repsonseible for leading Customer Success activities for small to medium business accounts across the UK, making this role for somebody who enjoys building long term strategic business relationships with key decision makers and has a highly personable and customer focused approach. The 'Success Account Manager' will have the following responsibilities: Own an agreed territory of company accounts and be responsible for exceeding customer expectations, growth & ROI Develop & manage strategic work relationships with company accounts ensuring our product is adding value to the overall business Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our software based products and promote these products to our customers The successful candidate will have the following skills experience: Previous experience in a SaaS /Software or IT sales environment Previous expeirence building strategic business relationships in a Customer Success role previously Fantastic communication skills and a passion for customer service Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and sell technical products If you meet the experience required and wish to apply for this exciting new opportunity, please send your updated CV to George at DCS This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89936761
