Data Scientist / Data Analyst £30,000 - £40,000 Cheltenham We're representing an international SaaS (software as a service) company who are looking for a Data Scientist to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in their offices in Cheltenham, this team have grown steadily in the last two years and are experiencing an ever-increasing demand for their services. This allows plenty of progression opportunities in both skillset and seniority for the successful candidate. Our client already has Machine Learning algorithms in production that add value daily to the software services they provide their customers. You will work on upgrading and remodelling these algorithms while also exploring new avenues in which data science can enrich their data product offering. We are looking for candidates with at least two out of the following three: Experience with a Data Science software language e.g. R or Python Commercial experience in SQL to perform data transformations, cleansing and analysis A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, or similar numerical fields that utilise statistical analysis skills This is a great opportunity for someone to join a flexible, forward-thinking, and fast-paced company.
