Candidate profile Ideally you will be between two to four years pqe. With proven medical negligence experience. A major advantage would be a measure of business development experience. You will be able to run your files in an organised methodical method without supervision. With a keen eye on client satisfaction Key Skills: Providing guidance to clients in relation to medical negligence including; phone, email and letter (some cases will have face to face interaction where appropriate) Handling a caseload of varied medical negligence cases Prepare content for the website Participate in marketing activities including networking Building relationships with internal and external parties Handling complex claims when required Effectively handling file in order to achieve targets and ensure case progression is clear Building relationships with internal and external parties Please get in touch for more information.
