Description The Credit Controller duties are: Timely and accurate collection of debts by phone and email Monthly banking preparation Sales Ledger maintenance Complex query resolution raised by customers and internal orders Managing internal communication in relation to status of orders Maintaining electronic and hard copy paperwork/filing Aged Debt reports Monitor mailbox Ad hoc duties Profile The successful Credit Controller will required: - Have Credit Control experience Sage 200 experience / Intermediate IT skills (vlook up, pivots) AAT certification Confident in query resolution/working under pressure Able to confidently pick up the phone.
