Key duties: Offering administrative support to a team You will have contact with clients and will a point of contact for them, chasing any outstanding information and providing regular updates to the clients. You will ensure that all relevant documentation has been checked before submitting the documentation to the relevant parties You will be updating the status of existing applications as well as actively speeding the process along. You will update the paperwork regularly, sending correspondence and updating internal systems to ensure we have thorough records at all times. What is the company looking for? Ideally, a degree is preferable with an interest in financial services Ideally, previous administration experience within a financial services company. Strong attention to detail. Warm, friendly personality, someone who is proactive, confident and switched-on. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great time management skills.
