Overview

This successful family run manufacturer on the outskirts of Ashford require a motivated Administrator to join the team. Overview of the Role: Working within the sales department as an important cog supporting the fast paced sales team. This role requires an excellent attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure. Duties: Understanding and completing in depth pre-qualification questionnaires(PQQ) to win new business Maintaining the PQQ database ensuring all information is correct Maintaining company’s accreditations Setting up Suppliers Updating online portals Other associated admin duties You will need to have experience of the PQQ process or have experience of working as a project administrator/bid administrator. The role will be Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, own transport is essential due to location.
