Overview

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Production Coordinator to work in their leading facility in Oswestry. For the successful Production Coordinator our client is offering: i. £18000 - £19000 ii. 8.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday iii. 4% pension, death in service, 25 days plus bank holidays. The role - Production Coordinator: i. Managing and updating Excel-based production schedules ii. Manage and update the attendance and timesheet systems. iii. Typing documents, reports and dispatch paperwork, plus general administration as required. iv. Updating administration systems, including warranty's, near miss, PPE. v. Liaising with other internal departments What our client is looking for in a Production Coordinator: i. Previous experience in a similar administrative role ii. Strong Excel spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables. iii. Experience of communicating on different levels Key skills or similar Job titles: Administration, planner, production administration, spreadsheets.
