Overview
Customer Service Advisor £10.26ph Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a friendly business based in Basingstoke. The role will mostly be working within customer services but you will also help with the procurement side of the business. The company offers excellent offices and on site parking. Receive and deal with enquiries from all sources - telephone - email Company and product Information Prices - request for quotation Delivery and lead time information Project - Quality status. Purchase order expediting Receive Purchase Orders and conduct a Contract review Liaise with customers and internally to resolve discrepancies Enter details for customers / P/orders / Price on to NAV Process schedules and amendments by EDI and or analyse and enter manually Update the NAV computer system to reflect customer status and requirements. Ensure quoted parameters are correct and adhered to - min shipment / box quantities / payment - shipping terms etc. Assist the Purchasing department with adding purchase orders to NAV and liaising with vendors on delivery date etc. Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
