Position: Purchase Ledger Assistant Location: Sevenoaks Salary: From £22,000 to £23,000 Duration: Permanent We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy accounts team in Sevenoaks This role will be reporting the purchase ledger supervisor dealing with: - Scanning and Filing Invoices - Statement Reconciliations - Dealing with payment queries - CIS verifications - Dealing with daily disputes - Updating spread sheets and sage - Calculating tax breakdown for sub contractor payments This position is working for a large building services company. Experience within that type of environment would be an advantage but not essential Requirements - Based in a commutable distance to Sevenoaks - Purchase ledger experience for a multi million pound company - Experience with Sage and Excel Package - Office hours 9am until 5pm - 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing yearly - Pension - Private healthcare We will be interviewing for this position immediately.
