Overview
URGENT REQUIREMENT for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join a committed team in the Reading Location. This opportunity is with a high-end residential developer and is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience in the property or construction sector. The role; Answer all calls in a professional manor and report any issues logged. Communicate with the Customer Service Manager and relay back appropriate feedback. Provide Administrative Support for the department. Liaising with coordinators in order to ensure contractors are sent to deal with defect/snagging. Ensuring customers have a smooth customer journey throughout their process. Arranging home demonstrations. What you'll have; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to muti- task, and good time management. Customer care experience within the property or construction sector. Excellent IT skills and confident using in house systems.
